Aromatherapy isn't just about massage, the oils themselves have therapeutic and medicinal properties and so can affect you in a very holistic way: mind, body and spirit. The aim is to relax you at every level! Aromatherapy treatments are excellent for boosting and maintaining the immune system and effective in keeping common illnesses at bay when used regularly.
With your input, I will create a personal essential oil blend for your particular needs which will be used in your massage.
Massage treatments are performed slowly and rhythmically in order to lull the mind into deep relaxation, while varying pressures and the therapeutic effect of the oils work on stimulating organ function, increasing blood circulation, encouraging lymph flow (that carry toxic waste) and relieving aches and pains.
